Big question!

If you had to give one life-changing tip, what would it be?

My dad always said “you don’t need to attend every argument that you’re invited to”. I always thought this was great advice, however feel that it’s only half of the picture. I’ve come to realise how important it is to realise that each and every one of us perceives the world differently. For example there could be a room of 100 people listening and observing the same event – yet each person in that room could/would perceive and process the experience differently. So, in view of this I would say that’s it’s important to realise that we are all different, and my truths, realities and perceptions are uniquely mine, as are yours – yours.

My life changing advice is that life is hard and we need to practice self-care and self-compassion.
