What do you do to be involved in the community?
Not enough … this is an area of my life that I need to work on more. However being a mother of a daughter with complex medical and disability needs is time consuming. Add to that my hours spent at work, and I’m not left with a whole lot of time and surplus energy to volunteer within the community. Whereas, my husband volunteers enough time for both of us.
