Learning to selectively juggle to avoid the chaos and struggle
What is your favorite animal?
However, I’m going to be brave and admit I have a strong aversion towards all domesticated cats. I feel a strong repulsion towards them. I understand people love and adore them, I get that! Having said that I do adore large cats, such as tigers, pumas , lions, leopards, jaguars, cheetahs, lynxes, and snow leopards to name a few. I’m partial to birds, all native lizards etc. Sadly domesticated cats have caused significant damage to native fauna.
okay. That’s interesting that you don’t like domestic cats. I used to have 2 cats when growing up and didn’t think much of them, really – they were just there, I guess. When I went to visit a friend of mine a few years ago, though – she had 2 domestic cats and I instantly felt afraid of them. I don’t know what was behind that. I appreciate your honesty in answering this post xx
Thank you, I don’t know how to describe it other than an emotional or psychic allergy or aversion to them … it’s deep, as I can appreciate how aesthetically cute they look , however there’s just an innate distrust, aversion. Yet I know millions around the world derive incredible joy & love from them. I’m just not in that cohort.
