What are your favorite types of foods?
I NEED texture and TASTE! I’m not a fan of BLAND, colourless, spineless or flavourless food. I don’t eat red meat, or chicken. I was raw vegan for years and all of a sudden craved seafood/fish. Since then I augment my mainly vegetarian diet (no eggs, no dairy and no meat) with seafood, especially omega dense oily fish.
As an Australian we are spoilt for fresh produce, Asian influences and flavours. I’m also gluten free so gravitate towards sushi, rices and nuts. I’m a little addicted to chilli, to be honest.
