Selectively Juggling

My boss views me as being a leader, as do my colleagues. I, on the other hand view myself as an independent and confident person, thriving from being autonomous. I’ve no desire to lead (aka manage) other professionals, as invariably people’s egos and personalities get in the way. Having said that, there are many amazing people who are easy to lead, and the underlying reason is effective communication and mutual respect. I’ve no desire to play political games at work, I’ve no energy to waste on trivial matters.
