My plants.

Describe one habit that brings you joy.

I love my outdoor garden, however it is my indoor plants that bring me such innocent and honest joy. I squeal like a little girl when I discover new growth, an unfurling leaf or flower. Every morning I say “good morning my beautiful plants” and rejoice in the sight of single drops of dew hanging suspended from outstretched leaves. I will even find myself thanking my plants for their beauty and energy. Their form and function fills my heart and home with joy. I am also beside myself with excitement when I successfully propagate plant cuttings, and effectively see a single plant grow into multiple versions of itself. These daily habits help create indoor plants that have lasted year after year, going from strength to strength. They are a healthy habit that continues to enrich my life.

My dream of living in a giant green house. This is not my actual home – but a dream/goal
