Selectively Juggling

I’d create a Billboard with a random and incredibly ambiguous message, that way everybody will interpret it the way they want to, need to, or are capable of perceiving.

It would be “hey you! Yes you! It really is your choice, so what are you going to do?” Or conversely I’d just put “That’s so random!” And have a giggle knowing people driving by would be like “that’s so random! What’s so random?” I’d keep them guessing.
