What’s your favorite thing about yourself?
When I set my mind to something, I can hyperfocus, set my goals and work hard in achieving them. My current ‘thing’ is making sure I get my daily steps in, regardless of whether I’m working or not. I’m committed to reaching more than 20000 steps a day. This week I have reached my goal of more than 100km walking over the last 7-days. This is not too shabby given that I have a car and drive to work. I make sure I take the stairs at work, walk at lunchtime, mornings and evenings. I derive a real sense of accomplishment, my fitness and stamina is improving. I have set my next goal to be 30k steps a day over the weekend.
