Selectively Juggling

There’s no denying that my Canon digital camera has been one of my most prized gifts. It opened my world to new insights, greater creativity, exploration, expression, travel and growth. When I immerse myself in my photography it’s like I lose myself in pure creative flow. However I’ve outgrown the camera and am looking for a new version. My other current favourite gift are Speedo aqua dumbbells, which have been a great tool to throw myself into 80 minute daily aqua-based exercises, including lots of resistance training. I haven’t missed a session since Christmas Day when I received them. The pool has become my healing place where I have been able to move my body and calm my mind. It always brings me back to my core, my centre.
