Selectively Juggling

WordPress, to read the daily prompt, hopefully it’s an inspired one and not some inane “what’s your favourite?” . Seriously, enough of those already, I believe many of us want prompts that allow us to metaphorically sink our literary and creative teeth into. Challenge us! Not dim our sparkle!

Yes, I have all the social media platforms. My favourite WAS Twitter, until musk desecrated it, turning it into a mere shallow-shadow of its former self. I joined the herd and migrated to Mastodon, but struggled to find my Twitter tribe. I finally relented and joined Threads, discovering many of my twitter posse.

Then there’s BOM and weathers sites and apps. I try to find reputable news sites, which is difficult given Murdoch’s monopoly on Australian media. I look at some of the other writing sites I belong to. Lastly, streaming sites such as STAN, Binge , AppleTV, Netflix , Prime, Paramount get a regular workout on my MacBook.
