What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
Definitely swimming (I’m actually sitting in my magnesium mineral backyard pool right now as I write this) I also love gardening (which I’ve just done two hours of, including repotting tomatoes and some other plants). Yes, it’s only spring but the weather’s been good enough to swim already. I love bushwalking, but snakes are too active at present, so I’m reluctant to venture far into the bush. Time I finish this, as my husband and daughter are back from their walk, and I’d say I’m about to get dive-bombed, By the way, I adore the water, need the water to feel truly balanced. I am grateful to have access to our own pool.
