Selectively Juggling

Something that not many know about me is that if I could be any animal, or mystical creature I’d be half sea-eagle and half dolphin. With an almost omnipresent Birds-Eye view I’d ride upon the thermals. Then, when feeling a need to be immersed in water would duck and dive, morphing into a dolphin. I would feel the water caress and cradle me. I’d derive great freedom and joy whilst riding upon the crest of the waves and gliding through the glistening water.

I”d truly come into my own when flying just above the water’s edge, feeling awakened by the cooling sea-spray. Delighted to embody both the freedom of flying and joy of swimming at once. I’d exist simultaneously, free to explore the boundaries of either word. Free to exist as me, uniquely beautiful and quirky at the same time. Unbounded, untethered and free, yet still safely supported by nature, whether it be prevailing winds and thermal pockets, or the deep cooling waters of the sea. Each is just a mere extension of the other.
